OVERVIEW
Vannga Nguyen is a branding consultant, creative director, and talent manager with 15+ years of experience working with top brands, agencies, and talent across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and entertainment. A creative entrepreneur turned business executive, Vannga built her career at the turning point of digital media, as social platforms gave a new generation of independent artists and creators the power to shape every industry. She brings versatile skill and knowledge across visual design, brand architecture, and talent management to a diverse portfolio of sought-after clientele.
She is a Partner and Talent Manager at Rare Global, a women-led, women-run Beverly Hills based talent management company that focuses on elite creators with global reach. She also runs the Rare Creatives division, representing top creative talent in celebrity glam, photography, and the performing arts. Her talent has worked with: J.Lo, Beyoncé, Jennie (Blackpink), Paris Hilton, Doja Cat, Bad Bunny, Cardi B, Grimes; YSL, Coach, Spotify, Canon, Levi's, Popeyes, Fenty Beauty, ULTA, 8 Other Reasons, Nordstrom, Charlotte Tilbury; Vogue, Interview Mag, Allure, InStyle, GQ, Rollingstone, Harper's Bazaar, Vanity Fair, HBO.
Vannga is co-Founder of The Be Rare Foundation, a non-profit for women entrepreneurs which hosts a successful annual networking summit and has awarded $60K in grant funding since 2018, as well as Asian Women Alliance, a donation campaign which has raised $100K for AAPI organizations protecting Asian communities and fighting Asian hate.
She previously founded The ADVNT Society, an award-winning creative agency, editorial studio, and digital magazine. She was also Partner and Head of Branding at Sireni Beauty, an innovative skincare meets makeup brand; and Creative Director for cult streetwear brand Boys Lie and Eggie clothing by Jenn Im. Additionally, she consulted as West Coast Marketing & Events Director for Sugarbearhair.
